چکیده:
مقدمه: تدوین سیاستها در بخش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی مستلزم شناخت کافی از وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی بهرهبرداران روستایی و عشایری است. در این میان، از نظر رشد اقتصادی کشور، جامعه عشایری اهمیت ویژهای در بخش تولید دام و فعالیتهای جانبی مرتبط دارد.هدف پژوهش: در این تحقیق برخی شاخصههای اجتماعی- اقتصادی از جمله جمعیت، تعداد و نوم دام، سوخت مصرفی، صنایع دستی و اراضی مورد بهرهبرداری عشایر استان خوزستان طی سه دهه گذشته (60، 70 و 80) مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتند. روش شناسی تحقیق: آمار و اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و کتابخانهای از دادههای سرشماریهای اجتماعی-اقتصادی عشایر کوچنده در سالهای 1366، 1377 و 1387 موجود در آرشیو مرکز آمار ایران استخراج و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.قلمروجغرافیایی پژوهش: محدودهی مورد مطالعه استان خوزستان است که در جنوب ایران قرار دارد.یافته ها و بحث: با توجه به نتایج، جمعیت و تعداد خانوار عشایر استان خوزستان از سال 1366 تا 1387 روند کاهشی داشته است. بیشترین تعداد دام عشایر استان بز و بزغاله و تعداد دام در محل استقرار ییلاقی بیشتر از محل استقرار قشلاقی بوده است. بیشترین تعداد خانوار عشایر استان خوزستان از هیزم و زغال چوب بهعنوان سوخت مصرفی جهت پخت و پز و ایجاد گرما استفاده کردهاند و میزان مصرف سوخت عشایر در انواع مختلف سوخت مصرفی طی سالهای 1366 تا 1387 روند کاهشی داشته است. میزان صنایع دستی تولید شده توسط عشایر از سال 1377 تا 1387 روند افزایشی و از سال 1366 تا 1377 روند کاهشی داشته است. بطورخاص، میزان تولید پلاس (چادر) در بین خانوارهای عشایر نسبت به سایر صنایع دستی بیشتر بوده است.نتایج: توسعه فعالیتهای زراعی، توسعه سایر صنایع دستی و سایر فعالیتهای غیروابسته به دام میتوانند به عنوان منابع معیشت جایگزین و تکمیلی نقش مهمی ایفا کنند که در این راستا برنامهریزیهای متناسب ضروری است.
IntroductionPolicy formulation in agriculture and natural resources requires a sufficient understanding of the socio-economic status of rural and nomadic beneficiary. Meanwhile, in terms of the country's economic growth, the nomadic community has the special importance in livestock production and related side activities.Research purposeIn this research, some socio-economic issues such as population, number and population of livestock, fuel consumption, handicrafts and lands used by tribes of Khuzestan province during the last three decades (60, 70 and 80) were analyzed. MethodologyStatistics and information required by the documentary and library method of socioeconomic censuses of the nomadic tribes in 1366, 1377 and 1387 in the archives of the Iranian Statistical Center were analyzed. Geographical area of researchThe studied area includes Khuzestan province, which is located in the south of Iran.Results and discussionAccording to the results, the population and the number of nomadic families in Khuzestan province have been decreasing from 1366 to 1387 the results showed that most of the nomadic livestock were goat and yeanling. That has always been the number of livestock nomads in Khuzestan province which is more in the countryside than in the area winter quarter. The results also showed that the majority of Khuzestan tribal households use firewood and charcoal as fuel for cooking and heat generation and the fuel consumption of the Khuzestan tribes in different types of fuel consumption decreased from 1366 to 1387. The amount of handicrafts produced by nomads increased from 1377 to 1387 and decreased from 1366 to 1377. In particular, the plus (tent) production among nomadic households has been higher than other handicrafts.ConclusionThe development of agricultural activities, development of other handicrafts and other non-livestock activities can play an important role as sources of alternative and supplementary livelihoods, in which appropriate planning is necessary.
