چکیده:
تاریخ جهانگشا اثری تاریخی ـ ادبی با نثری اقناعی است. یکی از شاخصههای این کتاب، بهرهگیری از صورخیال در بیان مفاهیم سیاسی است. پرسش اساسی این پژوهش آن است که صور خیال در جهانگشا چه نقشی در تثبیت اقتدار سیاسی و دینی دولتها دارد؟ روش مقاله توصیفی – تحلیلی است و واکاوی صورخیال در جهانگشا نشان داد این صور، ابزارهای تولید گفتمان قدرت و سازماندهندۀ افکار خاصّ سیاسی هستند. کاربرد انواع صور خیال و شگردهای بیانی در جهانگشا صرفاً به منظور آرایش سخن و هنرنمایی نبوده؛ بلکه هدف جوینی غیر از گزارش وقایع تاریخی، اقناع مخاطب و القاء مفاهیم سیاسی نیز بوده است. جوینی در اثر خود مانند سایر نویسندگان متون منثور تلاش می کند با استفاده از کارکرد اقناعی و القایی انواع صور خیال بر مفاهیم سیاسی مانند الهی بودن منشأ قدرت، مقدّر بودن فرمانروایی سلاطین، پادشاهی، الزامات و وظایف پادشاه، اطاعت محض از سلطان، قدرت نظامی دولت و سرکوبی دشمنان تأکید نموده و به القای مشروعیت سیاسی و دینی دولتها، تثبیت اقتدار و توجیه عملکرد آنها بپردازد.
Tarikh-i Jahangosha-ye Jovayni is a historical-literary and technical writing. Aside from the historical reports' validity, the book is distinguished regarding verbal arrangements, innovative verbal and spiritual literary devices, artistic expression, and the creation of fantastic pictures. In this study, the main question is how Jovayni uses imaginary forms to instill the king's political authority in Jahangosha. In this article, it has been tried to analyze and investigate the use of imaginary forms to instill the government's political authority in Jahangoshay history via a descriptive-analytical method. In accordance with the results, the quality of using imaginary forms, literary devices, and rhetorical techniques demonstrates the quality of the writer's attitude. Language elements in convincing prose contexts are the producing discourse devices and organize specific thinking. Jovayni is a government agent in the Mongol system; thus using different literary devices, different imaginary forms and word arrangement in Jahangoshay was not only for decorating speech and masterstroke, but his aim was also to spread the news and persuade the audience of expressing his mission. Using all types of simile, metaphor, irony, and allusion, Jovayni has tried to emphasize the idea of the divine power source, the predestined rulership of the kings, the kingdom, the qualifications and duties of the king, blind obedience to the king, destroying enemies, the military power, and to instill the political legitimacy of governments and justify their performance as a government agent and historian.
