A warrior was walking on the road when he suddenly saw a strong dragon, which had hunted a
bear and was going to eat it. The man goes forward and kills the dragon with all his courage and
leaves the bear. When the bear sees this man's chivalry, he hugs him and befriends him. The man
travels a long way and finally gets tired and rests somewhere and slowly lays his head on the bed
and falls asleep and the bear takes care of him like a compassionate guard. At the same time, a
wise and benevolent man sees this situation. He goes ahead and wakes up the brave man and says
to him: Who is this bear and what does it have to do with you? Take care of him and don't trust his
love and friendship. The naive brave who was pleased with the bear's friendship is offended by
this slanderer's words and says: You are saying this out of jealousy. Whenever the benevolent man
talks about the unfortunate consequences of this friendship, that warrior does not listen, the man
leaves and that brave man also lays his head on the ground and goes to sleep. And the bear also
takes care of him. At the same time, some flies sit on that man's face and bother him. The bear
goes to serve and befriend, he picks up a big stone to hit the flies and relieve his blessing. He takes
the stone on top of his head and hits it hard on the poor person's face and destroys him. Before
Rumi, this story was mentioned in the book of Faraid Al-Saluk Sajasi with the same theme but in
a different form. This article has compared the two stories with an analytical-descriptive method
with a comparative approach and has made it clear that Ostad Hajar took the story from Rumi, but
There have been some changes to it, Ishan directly enters the story and instead of a warrior and
saving the bear from the claws of the dragon, he uses a gardener, who becomes the guardian of the
garden and also his and his family's guardian, and also he refers to the tree that the gardener On a
summer day when he gets tired, he sleeps under a fig tree, while Rumi mentions that the man rests
on the way, and then both of them refer to the disturbance of the flies with that person, and both
of them refer to the death and destruction of that man. They refer to the hand of the bear with a big
stone, and they also disagree with each other in the title of the story, that Rumi with the bear and
that fool who trusted his loyalty, and Master Hajar with the title (Dosti Nazan) and both of them
in the conclusion They warn against friendship with the ignorant. Rumi has expressed the
friendship of fools in this story. He says that their friendship is actually enmity and their enmity
should be considered as friendship. That strong man is an allegory of those who have a strong body
and lack of intellect and cannot know a friend from an enemy.
