چکیده:
Recent decades' developments indicate that due to reduced time and financial costs and increased productivity, the quality of components and systems within organizations needs to be improved. Information systems are also subject to these rules, and to increase productivity, user satisfaction, and accelerate its components, special attention must be paid to their qualitative aspects at various stages. In the present research, an effort has been made to establish and implement a system for quality assurance for information systems collecting and registering, organizing, and disseminating information on theses/dissertations of domestic graduates, which covers all components and stages of the information system from data collection, registration, and entry to indexing and dissemination of information. This system, based on the continuous improvement approach in the Deming cycle, modifies and transforms the mechanisms and processes of the information system in such a way that any development and progress in the system is carried out with consideration of existing standards for information systems and taking into account qualitative aspects and issues.

Designing a Quality Assurance Model for Information Systems for Collecting, Registering, Organizing, and Disseminating Thesis/Dissertation Information Graduates of Domestic Universities Mohammadjavad Ershadi 1, Rozbeh Ayasi 2 Abstract: Recent decades of developments show that due to the reduction of time and financial costs and increased productivity, it is necessary to improve the quality of components and systems existing in organizations.
In the present research, an effort has been made to establish and implement a system for quality assurance for information systems for collecting, registering, organizing, and disseminating thesis/dissertation information of graduates of domestic universities, which covers all components and stages of the information system from data collection, registration, and entry to indexing and dissemination of information.
A review of the background of research related to the field of information system quality indicates that a more complete model, such as a quality assurance model, including considering customer requirements in system software design and simultaneously paying attention to data quality and analyzing qualitative problems, as well as systemic solutions such as preventive measures and system audits, can be a comprehensive solution for improving the quality of information systems.
In all four stages of planning 1, execution 2, control 3, and action 4, the organization must take the necessary measures to ensure the quality of its services and reduce errors in data and information production processes.
Based on the standard ISO 9001 quality management framework, Deming cycle, and other quality assurance techniques, appropriate processes and methods have been developed to ensure the quality of research information systems.
