چکیده:
The main objective of this article is to analyze the dimensions of open innovation based on information technology development in knowledge-based companies using the integration of BSC, FANP and DEMATEL. First, by reviewing the background of open innovation and information technology development, its dimensions were identified in knowledge-based companies. Then, benefiting from the opinion of 15 experts, 14 indicators of open innovation were considered for those companies, and these dimensions were categorized according to the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. In the next stage, using the fuzzy network analysis process, the weight of the considered criteria was obtained. In the final stage, by applying the Dematel technique, the internal relationships of each criterion were measured and evaluated using the supermatrix approach. According to the research results, the customer criterion with a weight of 0.3 is the most important main criterion affecting open innovation in knowledge-based companies for information technology development. The learning criterion with a weight of 0.29, the internal processes criterion with a total weight of 0.24, and finally the financial criterion with a total weight of 0.17 were placed in the next priorities.

Therefore, the main issue of the present research is what characteristics the indicators of open innovation based on information technology have in knowledge-based companies within the framework of the balanced scorecard, and how their internal relationships can be analyzed and evaluated What is it?
Research conducted in the field of advantages of applying open innovation often includes case studies (Chesbrough & Rosenblum, 2002; Keirsbaum, 2005; Houston & Saccab, 2006; Van den Biesen, 2008), conceptual model development (Chesbrough & Appleyard, 2007; Chesbrough & Schwartz, 2007), emphasis on the company level (Larsen & Salter, 2006) or empirical studies related to the management of research and development projects (Du, Leten & Vanhaverbeke, 2014; Lulleri & Fister, 2009; Hong & Rotharmel, 2005).
Some researchers believe that the company's ability to apply open innovation depends on a large number of external factors, including a continuous flow of incoming knowledge from outside the company, educated employees, financial resources, efficient legal systems, and protection of intellectual property rights of institutions (Archibugi, 2006; Smith, 1997).
