Failure to pay attention to managerial subtleties in information technology project risks not only prevents the realization of predicted benefits but also leads to the failure of these projects. In this regard, identifying the most important information technology risks and measuring their relationships plays a crucial role in managerial decision-making. The successful implementation of information technology projects in banks depends on identifying and measuring the most important risks of information technology projects. The purpose of this research is to identify and measure the relationships between risk factors in information technology projects in Bank Mellat, Bushehr Province, using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique. To this end, using the opinions of 15 experts and a review of theoretical literature, 23 factors affecting the risk of information technology projects in Bank Mellat, Bushehr Province were first identified. Then, these factors were ranked using the fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. Finally, eight factors with the highest degree of importance were identified. The results of the research showed that the most important factors affecting the risk of information technology projects in Bank Mellat, Bushehr Province are: inexperienced employees and lack of necessary knowledge and skills in human resources, the exclusivity of some required resources, low reliability and security and data maintenance and the risk of hacker attacks, and the lack of sufficient monitoring mechanisms during the implementation of information technology projects.

The purpose of this research is to identify and assess the relationships between risk factors in IT projects at Bank Mellt in Bushehr Province using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique.
Case Study To conduct this research, the (8*8)(̃o) matrix, which was obtained by integrating the opinions of individuals based on eight key factors of variables affecting the risk of implementing information technology projects using a simple average method, was calculated.
For this purpose, 23 key factors influencing the risk of information technology projects in Mellat Bank, Bushehr province, were identified, and then reduced to eight important factors using the fuzzy network analysis process.
According to the assumption of the DEMATEL technique, since Di+Rj(0737883) and Di-Rj(-006292), it is therefore said that criterion (C1) is one of the risk problems of information technology projects in Mellat Bank, Bushehr province, and must be solved.
4. Criterion (C4) is a criterion that affects criteria (C6, C2, C1) and is not affected by any criterion and according to the assumption of the DEMATEL technique, since (Di+Rj(077725) and (Di-Rj)=(0132583) Therefore, it is said that criterion (C4) is an independent criterion that affects several factors influencing the risk of information technology projects in Mellat Bank, Bushehr province.
