چکیده:
Considering the increasing communication needs and network technologies, cloud computing has been introduced as a solution to meet these needs. With the increasing number of software applications and multiple options, choosing the appropriate software for implementing a cloud computing system within organizations is a difficult task. Therefore, this article aims to provide a scientific framework for selecting suitable software to implement a cloud computing solution at the infrastructure level. To achieve this, first, by reviewing articles and interviewing experts familiar with the subject, criteria for selecting appropriate software to implement this solution were identified. Then, based on the created framework and using the fuzzy AHP approach with interval values, weighting and prioritization of options were performed. The developed framework was used to select suitable software in the Faculty of New Sciences and Technologies, University of Tehran, from among five proposed options. The results indicated that the Open Stack cloud computing system is the best option. The selection of this option can be attributed to its significant distinction in criteria such as performance, reliability and security of the system, stability and sustainability of the system, and usability.
