Considering the importance that inappropriate selection of an organizational resource planning system can lead to irreparable damage and impose significant costs, this study attempts to use multi-criteria decision-making methods to provide a model to help evaluate and select the most suitable organizational resource planning system. Since decision-makers use uncertain preferences when evaluating options and research criteria, we need concepts that help decision-makers when access to definitive information is limited. In this research, researchers have used rough set theory and grey set theory, which are efficient in conditions of uncertain and insufficient information, as well as multi-criteria decision-making methods to evaluate and select the organizational resource planning system. The results of the research showed that the total cost criterion from the sub-criteria of product characteristics and the technical capabilities criterion from the sub-criteria of organizational needs had the highest weight. Also, among the research options, option 6 was selected as the most appropriate option.

In this research, researchers have used the combination of Rough Set Theory and Grey Theory, which are efficient in conditions of uncertain and insufficient information, as well as multi-criteria decision-making methods, to evaluate and select the organization's resource planning system.
Therefore, first, by reviewing the literature of research and studies conducted in this field, as well as the characteristics of the organization under study, appropriate criteria were identified and collected, and then, using a combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods with Rough Set Theory and Grey Theory, the evaluation and selection of the most suitable system was carried out.
In this study, using exploratory factor analysis, seven basic factors were identified for selecting Organizational Resource Planning systems, including general specifications, implementation cost, price, vendor, software functionality, implementation and project management, and software quality (Behboudi, Rahmani Yooshanlouei, Ansari, and Kazemi, 2012).
Haghi ghat Monfared, Khalaj, Mohammadalian, and Kabranzadeh Ghadim (2015) conducted a study to identify and prioritize factors influencing the process of implementing an Organizational Resource Planning system with a quality function deployment approach.
