چکیده:
The decision to outsource is one of the key decisions in the field of information technology that can lead to the success of investment management in this field. Despite this public acceptance, statistics indicate an increase in the failure rate of IT outsourcing projects in organizations, the root of many of which can be found in the changes caused by adopting this strategy and their improper management, which not only leads to the failure of the outsourcing process but also brings with it other serious costs and risks. The purpose of this article is to identify and prioritize the requirements of change management in the sourcing process based on the approach of IT service outsourcing. To this end, a rich library study was conducted, and interviews were conducted with experts, and based on the interpretive-structural modeling approach, the prioritization of components affecting the success of change management in IT service outsourcing was carried out. The research is innovative both in terms of the developed model and in terms of methodology in the field of outsourcing.

Since the strategy of outsourcing information technology services is also a growing organizational change that managers face today, the main objective of this research is to develop a change management model for IT outsourcing projects and prioritize its dimensions using the interpretive-structural modeling method.
Identifying Indicators and Dimensions In this study, the indicators and dimensions considered for the outsourcing project change management model were extracted from the literature of the research field and also from semi-structured interviews with experts.
Interpretive-Structural Modeling of Factors of Readiness for IT Outsourcing Change Management Conclusion and Suggestions As mentioned, the process of outsourcing information technology services can be considered one of the changes facing organizations, which constantly confronts managers with serious risks such as failure of change efforts and resistance from organizational employees in implementation.
