چکیده:
Since the emergence of electronic banking in Iran is a relatively new matter, dealing with customer resistance to accepting this technology is of high importance. Saman Bank, as the first bank providing electronic services, must strive to be at the forefront in this field and to be a pioneer in the acceptance of electronic banking tools by customers; Therefore, it should identify the effective factors earlier than others, focusing on its customers, and remove the barriers to acceptance. The purpose of this article is to identify the factors affecting the acceptance of electronic banking tools by customers of Saman Bank. For this purpose, using existing models in the literature, variables and potential factors influencing acceptance have been investigated, and a questionnaire has been designed. Data analysis is based on descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling and using SPSS and LISREL software. The results show that the factors of usefulness, compatibility, ease of use, and facilitating conditions have a significant impact on the acceptance of all four electronic banking tools, namely bank card, phone banking, internet banking, and mobile banking. Also, the risk-taking factor has a significant impact on the acceptance of mobile banking and has a slight impact on the acceptance of bank cards compared to internet banking and phone banking, which shows the difference between card and banking tools and new electronic banking tools, namely phone banking, mobile banking, and internet banking.
