چکیده:
Theoretically, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as part of the organizational architecture is a new concept that has been raised within the framework of transformations in the methods of guiding the management system of organizations. This can be examined with a special look at this category in the field of human resources and proposing new approaches such as human resources architecture. Considering that the factors influencing the provision of the framework of human resources architecture (both deterrent and promoting) are different in various environments and contexts, or at least their degree of influence and importance vary, this research aims to provide a framework for assessing information and communication technology in the form of electronic readiness models in the strategic approach to human resources architecture in the country's oil industry. After reviewing the theoretical literature related to this topic, the most important factors influencing the field of ICT were identified in the form of 7 dimensions. Then, within the framework of a survey research, 182 questionnaires were collected in the National Iranian Oil Company. The results show that experts and specialists in the oil industry did not evaluate the current situation as favorable. Finally, suggestions are provided to improve the current situation.
