Identifying and correctly and appropriately applying knowledge is essential for the success of knowledge management. Knowledge and knowledge sharing tools, if well identified and applied and a proper relationship is established between them, play a significant role in the success of the project. What is considered in this article is the identification, classification and prioritization of knowledge and knowledge sharing tools in the field of project management using the Project Management Body of Knowledge standard, modern statistical methods, factor analysis and surveying experts. Data was collected using a questionnaire and after classifying and prioritizing knowledge and knowledge sharing tools based on importance, the relationship between knowledge groups and knowledge sharing tool groups was finally considered using a communication matrix. The matrix addresses the appropriate and most efficient group of knowledge sharing tools in different knowledge groups. The results of the research can play an effective role in the successful implementation of knowledge management in the country's project management.

In project management, the exploitation of knowledge management in various fields indicates the favorable performance of this subject (Moghadam &Hosseinalipour, 1386; Zarei & Eskouei, 1385; Zarabadi Pour &Zargarpoor, 1386; Kwak &Wong &Ibbs, 2001) Faisal, 2008; Sun & Oza, 2008; Ping Tserng & Yu-Cheng, 2004; (Marwick, 2001; Jafari, Akhavan, Nouraniour, 2009 Knowledge management is more of a method than a technology or product (OECD, 2004).
In Nonaka's model, processed knowledge in the combination stage can be directly introduced to others and published in group sessions (Kerzner, 2006); because converting information into knowledge is better done through social approaches (Carvalho, Ferreira, 2001), also effective use of computer networks and databases facilitates this method of knowledge conversion and people are willing to share knowledge during their honest interactions with others 1 (Veloso &Vaccaro, Parente, 2010).
Although various studies have separately addressed the role of knowledge management and its sharing tools in project management (Zarabadi Pour, 1384; Shafiea & Motolian, 1387; Hussi; 2001, Bhatt; 2005, Kaner & Karni; 2004, Smith 2004); however, the use of knowledge sharing tools alongside project knowledge and the relationships between them has not been investigated by researchers.
In continuation of the research, knowledge sharing tools were identified and their importance in project management was evaluated, which were categorized using factor analysis.
