چکیده:
Cloud computing technology, based on its inherent characteristics such as scalability, flexibility, etc., can play a fundamental role in increasing the productivity of higher education centers as a driving force for development. Despite the great potential of this technology in providing better services and creating wealth, its use in developing countries, including Iran, is not in a suitable situation. One of the many reasons affecting this situation is the lack of a comprehensive and supportive architecture. This research uses the meta-synthesis method to analyze past research in the field of models and supporting architectures for implementing cloud computing in higher education centers, and after identifying 30 concepts in the form of five main categories, it presents a hybrid cloud architecture called IUHEC to support the implementation of cloud computing in the aforementioned centers. The validity of the architecture has been verified with the help of experts in this field and using content analysis technique. The innovation of this architecture is its comprehensiveness, high security and at the same time simplicity, and it helps centers to have a safe and effective migration to the cloud computing space.

Despite the high potential of cloud computing technology in providing better services and creating wealth, its adoption and implementation are still far from the eyes of researchers (Tehrani & Shirazi, 2014) and a comprehensive architecture that is designed based on a systematic review of previous studies and the combination of their findings has not yet been presented for Iranian higher education centers.
Therefore, this research aims to identify the necessity of using technology by using the meta-synthesis approach and a systematic review of research literature, and to provide a comprehensive and appropriate architecture to support the implementation of cloud computing in Iranian higher education centers.
Cloud computing service delivery models include software as a service – which has the most usage in higher education centers (Akand & Van Bel, 2015) – platform as a service and infrastructure as a service (Rimal, Choi & Lam, 2009; Sharma & Banga, 2013; Tayal, 2011 & Mell & Grance, 2011).
Benjamin, Carol, and the Association for Research in America, in independent studies, have cited 'cost' as the most important factor in the productivity of higher education (Sedghi Bokani, Seyed Abbaszadeh, Qale'ei, Mohajeran & Bagheri Majd, 1392); However, reducing costs is one of the advantages of adopting cloud computing (Rostami & Akbari, 2014; Ree, Sahu & Mahfouz, 2015 & Oluyoria, Thomas & Spandall, 2014).
