خلاصه ماشینی:
Absorptive capacity is a new dimension of learning and creativity that includes managerial knowledge and communication channels and their relationships in deploying and implementing information systems.
The competence of information systems management along with the organization's ability to transfer knowledge is a key element of absorptive capacity related to the success of IS implementation.
Review of Theoretical Literature and Research Background Absorptive Capacity In the new business environment, which is characterized by ambiguity and complexity, the competitive advantage of organizations depends more on the information and knowledge they possess than on physical resources.
Therefore, organizational culture is related to absorptive capacity through its values and affects the organization's response to collecting and converting information through internal and external communication channels.
Research Conceptual Model In this research, the researcher seeks to investigate whether, in practice, in the automotive parts manufacturing companies of Guilan province, there is a significant relationship between the three variables of organizational culture, absorption capacity, and the success of information system implementation.
As stated, this research uses the dimensions of absorption capacity proposed by Penning and Harrington based on two dimensions: communication channels and managerial knowledge, and among the various types of organizational culture, it uses Quinn's Competitive Values Framework model consisting of four types of rational, developmental, group, and hierarchical culture.
