چکیده:
In recent years, advancements in information and communication technologies, especially rapid changes in mobile technologies, have been involved in introducing the applications of these technologies and their services. On the other hand, the possibility of providing and receiving services through mobile devices will change its common applications. Therefore, determining the level of acceptance of this matter by users is of high importance and the factors influencing the acceptance of mobile services by users should be identified and the importance of each of these factors should be specified. This article aims to investigate the factors influencing the acceptance of mobile services by users. For this purpose, after reviewing models related to technology acceptance, the factors influencing the acceptance of mobile services are identified and analyzed using path analysis.

For this purpose, after examining models related to technology acceptance, effective factors in the field of accepting mobile services are identified and these factors are analyzed using path analysis.
Also, considering the application of structural equation modeling for data analysis in this research, it was necessary to consider indicators for evaluating the acceptance of mobile services, which are mentioned in Figure 2.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the extent of influence of each of the factors introduced in Figure 1, as dependent variables, on the acceptance of mobile services from the perspective of users, which is considered as an independent variable.
The first row of this figure refers to the number of variables, which are actually the indicators considered for the factors affecting the acceptance of mobile services by users.
In the model, the significance numbers Path analysis (Diagram 7), considering that the amount obtained for the relationships between the factors of trust, cost, compatibility, behavioral control, and perceived usefulness as independent variables with the factor of acceptance of companion services as the dependent variable is greater than 1.
