چکیده:
The methods by which internet entrepreneurs identify and acquire the knowledge, skills, and insights related to their businesses have a significant impact on the creation and effective management of this type of business. Therefore, this article aims to identify and prioritize these learning methods, considering the diversity of methods used by internet entrepreneurs. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 successful internet entrepreneurs, and using the coding method, the common learning methods of internet entrepreneurs were identified. In the next stage, 376 questionnaires were distributed, and Friedman's analysis of variance was used to prioritize the top learning methods. The findings of this research identified four main sources of learning: learning from education - publications, learning from work - task, learning from social - human interactions, and learning from imitation - modeling. Also, the results of prioritizing learning methods indicate that learning through observation and modeling from the best websites, studying website materials, and individual thinking and initiative about how to solve problems are the three main learning methods among internet entrepreneurs in Iran.

Identifying the Sources and Methods of Learning for Iranian Internet Entrepreneurs: Taxonomy and Prioritization of Learning Methods Qanbar Mohammadi Elyasi 1, Reza Zaferian 2, Bahareh Mafi 3 The methods that internet entrepreneurs identify and acquire knowledge, skills, and insights related to their businesses have a significant impact on the creation and effective management of this type of business.
Entrepreneurial learning involves a continuous process (Politis, 2005) of acquiring or recreating knowledge (Holcomb, Ireland, Holmes & Hitt, 2009), skills and abilities (Anderson & Dickens, 1999), and insights (Reeves & Crasswell, 2001) by entrepreneurs through participation and engagement in identifying and exploiting opportunities (Reeves, 2000).
The importance of the subject and the increasing interest of young educated people aware of launching internet businesses on the one hand, and the diversity of entrepreneurial learning methods in general on the other hand, prompted the authors to investigate the following research question: What are the learning methods of internet entrepreneurs and how are they prioritized?
Based on the presented materials, entrepreneurial learning can be defined based on the researchers' perspective as follows: Entrepreneurial learning is a continuous process (Politis, 2005) of acquiring or recreating knowledge (Dickens & Fryel, 1998), skills and abilities (Anderson & Dickens, 1999), and insight (Ree, 2000) by entrepreneurs through participation and engagement in identifying and exploiting business opportunities (Ree, 2000 & Politis, 2005).
Based on what was stated in the background of the research, the initial framework below (Figure 1) is used to identify and organize the learning methods of internet entrepreneurs.
