چکیده:
Among the various forms of evaluation (success/effectiveness) of information systems, end-user satisfaction is one of the most widely used criteria. In this research, identifying the factors influencing the satisfaction of end-users of information systems based on the theory of justice is considered. For this purpose, 8 factors influencing the satisfaction of end-users, including interactional justice, distributive justice, fair relationship realization, fair self-fulfillment realization, expectations of job performance, procedural justice, fair job performance realization, and job performance, were identified in a unified model, and then tested in a real case. The statistical population includes users of information systems of 110 police stations in Kerman city, and the sample includes 97 of them. The data collection tool is a questionnaire, and regression equation is used to estimate and analyze this relationship. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant relationship between interactional justice, distributive justice, fair relationship realization, fair self-fulfillment realization, and expectations of job performance with end-user satisfaction, and the relationship between procedural justice, fair job performance realization, and job performance with end-user satisfaction is not significant.

For this purpose, 8 factors influencing the satisfaction of end-users, including procedural justice, distributive justice, fair fulfillment of relationships, fair fulfillment of self-actualization, expectations of work performance, process justice, fair fulfillment of work performance, and work performance, were identified in an integrated model and then tested in a real-world case.
Therefore, this research seeks to identify the main factors influencing the satisfaction of end-users of information systems in an integrated model based on a fundamental approach to justice.

Norman and colleagues integrated three theories – motivation, Alderfer's needs, and expectancy theory – and examined the impact of 5 factors: fair realization of work performance, fair realization of relationships, fair realization of self-actualization, emphasized and believe that this leads to aligning the business with information systems [02].
This issue was addressed in the research conducted by Cohen and Olshir, whose model examines the impact of justice and fairness on end-user satisfaction in the process of developing information systems and includes the three dimensions of equity theory (distributive justice, interactional justice, procedural justice) [81].
