چکیده:
The sermon of Fadak, is Hazrat Zahra’s (PBUH) speech which was given little after death of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and at the time of seizing of Fadak by the caliphs of the time. It is one of the most important evidences of rightfulness of Ahl al Bayt for succession of prophet (PBUH) and it shows the deviation of the Muslim community. Some refused the content of this sermon and tried to make doubt in relation of this sermon to Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) and claimed it is a figment of the Shia. This research, by an analytical-descriptive method tries to measure sermon of Fadak with the accepted principles of Shia and Sunni studies. Analyzing different aspect of this sermon shows authenticity of the sermon from different angles. The sermon of Fadak is cited in reliable sources of Shia including “The Four Books” and also is quoted in some ancient narrative-historical books of Sunnis. The content analysis of this narrative, which has done by non-text based analysis, shows that the text and content of this sermon are in same line with the historical and narrative evidences of Shia and Sunnis.

Previously, numerous studies and works have been written regarding the Fadakiyya Sermon, most of which have dealt with the content description of this sermon; "Sayyid Izz al-Din Husayni Zanjani" has also mentioned some of its sources and documents as an introduction in his commentary on this sermon, but has not proceeded to the analysis and explanation of the degree of authenticity of these sources and documents; research has also been conducted in the field of the chain of transmission (isnad) of this sermon; such as the article "A Brief Look at the Documents and Sources of the Fadakiyya Sermon" authored by Hossein-Ali Azarbadegan, which has addressed the sources of this sermon and the multiple paths and layers of its narrators, but has not raised the issue of the degree of authenticity of the documents and the reliability of the narrators; in "Hadiths of Fadak in the Sources of the Two Sects" written by Mohammad Hayat Ansari, only the Shia and Sunni sources of this sermon have been mentioned, and other aspects of authenticity have not been considered; Maryam Safaei in the article "Bibliography of the Sermons of Lady Fatima Zahra (SA)" has only dealt with mentioning sources centered on the sermons of Lady Zahra (SA); Of course, none of these works or other works that have been authored and compiled have sought to analyze the various aspects of the authenticity of this sermon with a view to the principles of accepting Shia and Sunni hadiths; therefore, this writing, with a logical arrangement, the presentation of some precise and comprehensive topics, and a comparative perspective, has proceeded to examine the authenticity of this sermon.
