Considering the aforementioned hadiths and narrations, the concept and meaning of communication skills from the perspective of the Infallibles (as) is as follows: a set of abilities and ethical methods for establishing effective and appropriate communication with others, meaning having social ethics in interacting with others in such a way that we attract them to ourselves, enjoy their company, and find relief from isolation and loneliness.
According to this saying of Imam Ali (as), affection and kindness cause hearts to be attracted to one another, and this very matter creates the grounds for improving interpersonal relationships.
Interrupting others' words destroys interpersonal relationships in several ways; first, it causes the individual to have an unpleasant feeling about communicating with us and feel that we were not a good listener and did not respect them; second, this act causes the person's series of statements to turn into a confused tangle, and they are unable to convey their original message as they intended.
