چکیده:
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of educational technologies in improving the speed and quality of student learning and attempted to show how the purposeful use of digital tools can transform the learning process. The results showed that technology, by providing multisensory presentation, increasing interaction, creating immediate feedback, and enabling content personalization, significantly increases the speed of learning and creates a deeper understanding of concepts. Additionally, simulators, multimedia content, and learning management systems improve the accuracy of information processing and the retention of material in memory. Analyses indicate that the type of technology used has a direct relationship with the level of academic progress, and technologies that are aligned with the nature of the lesson and the students' learning styles have the greatest effect. In total, the findings emphasize that technology, when used with teacher guidance and appropriate instructional design, can significantly enhance the quality of education and academic outcomes.

Master of Educational Sciences, employed in Education, Shot Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of educational technologies in improving the speed and quality of students' learning and attempted to show how the purposeful use of digital tools can transform the learning process.
In this regard, various factors affect the quality of teaching and learning; factors such as teaching methods, learner characteristics, educational content, the physical and psychological environment of the classroom, the type of assessment, social interactions, motivational systems, the teacher-student relationship, and even the school's attitude toward learning.
3. Necessity of Research Improving the quality of teaching and learning is one of the main concerns of educational systems, because academic success, cognitive growth, increased individual and social skills, and the formation of desirable attitudes in students are directly dependent on how this process occurs.
The effectiveness of auxiliary learning tools is evaluable when the extent of their role in improving the understanding of concepts, increasing the retention of material, raising learning motivation, and active participation of students is measured.
Academic progress is the result of a complex process influenced by cognitive, motivational, individual, and environmental skills; therefore, the choice of technology type must be consistent with the educational goal, lesson characteristics, student ability level, and teaching method to have the maximum effect on improving learning.
Multimedia tools are more effective in improving the understanding of complex concepts, simulators and virtual laboratories strengthen practical skills and scientific thinking, learning management systems and digital tests make accurate feedback and rapid error correction possible, and game-based technologies increase motivation and continuity in learning activities.
