چکیده:
Many parents, teachers, and other adults deal with children and adolescents who exhibit aggressive behaviors, lie, damage objects around them, and are disobedient. When these behaviors are severe and persistent, they cause serious harm; therefore, both the family and society must show interest in solving the problem. These behaviors may persist in some individuals from childhood to adulthood, and this very characteristic justifies the necessity and importance of paying attention to them. Furthermore, today we are witnessing an increase in this among children, which may lead to the emergence of delinquency in the future. In many cases where delinquent adolescents are apprehended, their first arrest is typically before the age of twelve. Given that children and adolescents are, on one hand, the future builders of this land, and on the other hand, the problems of the societal process—especially economic problems—have placed many families in difficult conditions, there is a possibility that many children, due to various reasons such as malnutrition, air pollutants, crowdedness and traffic in neighborhoods, non-standard housing, etc., may suffer from illnesses or deficiencies both during pregnancy and after birth, leading to psychological, behavioral, and conduct disorders. Considering that today psychology and medicine, through timely diagnosis of conduct disorder, are capable of treating children with conduct disorder and consequently preventing their anti-social behaviors and delinquency.

The Necessity of Preventing Social Harm in Adolescents (Delinquency – Conduct Disorder – Personality) Shiva Imani Master of Social Sciences Abstract Many parents, teachers, and other adults deal with children and adolescents who exhibit aggressive behaviors, lie, damage objects around them, and are disobedient.
The diagnostic criteria for antisocial personality disorder are as follows: A- A pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others, which begins by age 15 and is characterized by three (or more) of the following signs: 1- Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors, as indicated by repeated acts that provide grounds for arrest.
Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Problems Many children and adolescents with learning disabilities adapt well emotionally and psychologically; they are popular among their classmates and liked by their teachers.
This hypothesis that students with learning disabilities may have behavioral, emotional, and social problems is based on numerous studies on child development, which show that children often exhibit behavioral problems at home, at school, or in both environments during their developmental period.
Teachers of students with learning disabilities should acquire skills related to managing behavioral, emotional, and social problems or disorders that a significant percentage of their students exhibit.
For the diagnosis of conduct disorder, it is necessary for children and adolescents to exhibit at least three of these behaviors (aggression that causes physical harm to other people or animals or is considered a threat to them, damage to property and belongings, cheating and theft, disobedience of laws and regulations) during the past 12 months, or at least one case in the past 6 months.
