چکیده:
Introduction: In today's world, international migration is not exclusive to men, and the world is facing the phenomenon of the feminization of migration. Women's emigration abroad with the aim of achieving a better life and improving the quality of life is expanding day by day. Research Objective: The aim of the present research was to investigate the factors affecting women's emigration abroad. Research Methodology: This research was conducted using a systematic review method by searching for keywords including migration, women, girls, emigration, and international migration in scientific databases such as Google Scholar, SID, Noormags, Magiran, and the Comprehensive Humanities Portal between the years 1390 and 1402 in Persian journals. Ultimately, 5 Persian articles were reviewed. Findings and Discussion: The most important factors affecting emigration abroad are economic factors (deterioration of economic conditions in the country of origin and stability of economic conditions in the destination country), scientific-educational (frustration with academic and professional growth in the country of origin, desire for educational welfare in the destination country), political (unacceptable governance system in the country of origin, exclusion from the global community, acceptable governance system in the destination country), social (media and technology, lack of meritocracy, feeling of injustice in the country of origin, inequality and gender insecurity, social benefits and services in the destination country, globalization), cultural (dominance of cultural ideology in the country of origin, dominance of religious ideology in the country of origin), family (family conflicts and interference, family support), and individual (concerns about not migrating, desire to migrate). Results: The contexts, attitudes, and opportunities for migration differ for men and women. There is a reciprocal relationship between gender and migration. The phenomenon of women's migration, referred to as the feminization of migration, is recognized as a type of migration. Many explicit and implicit factors influence the creation and intensification of women's migration, and these factors are closely related to the conditions and situation of the migrant's homeland and the environment to which they migrate.
