چکیده:
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between school climate and the level of creativity and academic achievement of female secondary school students in Tehran in 2015. The statistical population of the study included 1000 female secondary school students in schools of District 4 of Tehran in the 2015-2016 academic year, from which 280 people were considered as the sample size using the Cochran formula and multi-stage random sampling method. Data collection was based on the Halpin and Croft (1963) standard organizational climate questionnaires and the O'Neill and Abedi (1996) creativity questionnaire, as well as using GPA scores to examine academic achievement. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha method, which yielded a value higher than 0.7 for both the organizational climate and creativity questionnaires. Content validity was also used to test the validity of the questionnaires, for which purpose, the questionnaires were approved by relevant experts. The analysis of the data obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires was performed through SPSS software in two parts: descriptive (frequency, percentage frequency, mean, standard deviation, and range of variation) and inferential (K-S test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), Pearson correlation test, multiple regression). The results of the research showed that there is a relationship between school climate and its dimensions with the creativity and academic achievement of female secondary school students in Tehran.

The estimation results are shown in the table below: Table 8: Results of the multiple regression test regarding the relationship between school climate and creativity (Refer to the page image) The above table shows that the variables of group spirit, intimacy, consideration, influence, and emphasis on production are effective on students' academic achievement at the 95% level, due to the calculated significance level being less than 0.
