چکیده:
The aim of this applied research is to introduce, develop, and disseminate the application of a new teaching management model by implementing its teaching scenario in a mathematics classroom and examining its impact on the academic progress of first-period secondary school students. The research method is quasi-experimental using a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. In this study, two classes consisting of 72 students from Shahed Boys' School located in Asadabad County participated as an available sample. From this number, one class of 39 students was selected as the control group and one class of 31 students as the experimental group. The control group was taught using traditional and conventional methods, while the experimental group completed its educational period based on the teaching scenario of the teaching management model. The data collection tools were a pre-test and a teacher-made mathematics academic progress post-test. A number of teachers and expert educational supervisors confirmed the validity and face and content validity of these tests and their degree of alignment with the educational goals and the subject matter content being taught. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-tests, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) were used. The results of the research show a very significant effect of the ten steps of the new teaching management model on the academic progress of students in solving mathematics problems in the experimental group. This result also indicates the success of the teaching management model compared to traditional and conventional teaching methods and provides scientific evidence from the research to recommend the application of this model in teaching mathematics.

The results of the research show a highly significant effect of the ten steps of the new instruction management model on the academic progress of students in solving mathematics problems in the experimental group.
This research aims to introduce the management education model as a new method focused on collective learning and providing the groundwork for student participation and group interaction in class for the purpose of teaching mathematics, and based on the results of recent years' research regarding its profound effects on the academic progress of scientific topics, it aims to demonstrate this effect on the academic achievement of first-year high school students in mathematics.
