چکیده:
Sexual instinct is one of the important existential dimensions of men and women, the type of approach and satisfaction of this sexual instinct in daily life and even in the long term creates conditions for humans that place all aspects of their lives under its influence. From the perspective of Islam, sexual instinct is one of the important issues of human education, evolution, and growth, which must be satisfied through a path that is consistent with human nature. Improper satisfaction of it, in addition to damaging the human sexual instinct, will overshadow and harm other dimensions of human life. For this reason, in the first step, the position of the sexual instinct and its various dimensions must be recognized, and then by acquiring the necessary skills from rich divine sources, proceed to establish sexual relations for its proper satisfaction. In the religion of Islam, great emphasis has been placed on the existence of this instinct, its naturalness, and the negation of vice from it as a natural instinct. In the eyes of the religion of Islam, the position of the sexual instinct, in addition to its naturalness—like thirst and hunger—is an instinct that should not be suppressed, but rather through marriage, in addition to moderation, should be used to strengthen faith and avoid moral-sexual vices.
