چکیده:
The aim of the present research was to investigate the effectiveness of positive group psychotherapy training on the sense of cohesion and marital satisfaction of women with drug-dependent husbands in Tehran in 1397. The present research was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test/post-test design and a control group. The statistical population of the research included all women with drug-dependent husbands visiting addiction treatment clinics in Tehran, who were selected using a purposive sampling method and placed into two groups: experimental (15 people) and control (15 people). The experimental group received 14 sessions of positive group therapy training, while the control group remained on the waiting list for treatment during this period. Data collection was carried out based on the standard Sense of Coherence questionnaire by Kimiai et al. (1392) and the standard Enrich Marital Satisfaction questionnaire (1998). Analysis of the information obtained from the questionnaires was performed through SPSS 24 software in two parts: descriptive and inferential (Analysis of Covariance). The results showed that positive group therapy is effective on the sense of cohesion in women with drug-dependent husbands. Additionally, the research results showed that positive group therapy is effective on the marital satisfaction of women with drug-dependent husbands. Based on the research findings, it can be said that positive group psychotherapy is effective in increasing the sense of cohesion and marital satisfaction of women with drug-dependent husbands.
