Background and Objective: This article, which addresses the explanation of the relationship between organizational culture and the knowledge management cycle, aims to examine the relationship between the type of organizational culture and knowledge management. The design is descriptive, conducted with an applied goal and a correlational method. Methodology: A questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data. The statistical population of the research consists of all employees of the Police Command of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, from whom 384 individuals were selected using a stratified random method. Findings and Conclusion: The obtained data were analyzed using Friedman and correlation statistical tests, and the following results were obtained: The dominant organizational culture in the Police Command of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province is hierarchical culture with an average rank of 16/3, and the dominant knowledge management component is the knowledge organization component with an average rank of 98/3. The correlation test also showed a significant and positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management with a correlation coefficient of 89/0, and the greatest correlation of the organizational culture variable was with the knowledge dissemination component with a correlation coefficient of 87/0.
