چکیده:
In this article, it is attempted to examine the conflict between different methods of accessing the services market, considering the market structure and governing regulations, using a theoretical model provided in the conditions of joining the World Trade Organization and the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), and to investigate the extensive impact of domestic market commitments for a foreign service provider on the domestic services market. To this end, using statistics and information from the Central Insurance of Iran and using a Panel Data model, the suitability of the research pattern in the Iranian insurance industry has been examined.
