Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: راهبردهای مقابله ای و کیفیت دلبستگی از متغیرهای مهم در سلامت روانی کودکان و نوجوانان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه راهبردهای مقابله ای و کیفیت دلبستگی در دانش آموزان مبتلا و غیرمبتلا به اختلال وسواسی - بی اختیاری بود.
روش: جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش آموزان دختر پایه چهارم و پنجم شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 1395 بود که از میان آنها 60 دانش آموز، بر اساس نمونه گیری در دسترس در دو گروه 30 نفری مبتلا و غیرمبتلا به اختلال وسواسی - بی اختیاری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس وسواسی جبری ییل – براون (گودمن و همکاران، 1989)، فرم تجدید نظر شده مقیاس دلبستگی به والدین و همسالان (گالون و رابینسون، 2005) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای مقابله ای کودکان (بریتانی وهرناندز، 2008) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل داده های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که از خودبیگانگی و کنار آمدن ویرانگر با مشکل در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی - بی اختیاری در مقایسه با کودکان غیرمبتلا بیشتر است (0/05 >p )؛ در حالی که، اعتماد و کنار آمدن سازش یافته با مشکل در کودکان مبتلا در مقایسه با کودکان غیرمبتلا کمتر بود (0/05 >p ).
نتیجه گیری: تشخیص به موقع مشکلات در راهبردهای مقابله ای کودکان و سبک های دلبستگی و مداخله صحیح، در پیشگیری و درمان اختلال وسواسی - بی اختیاری موثر است.
Background and Purpose: Coping strategies and quality of attachment are important variables in mental health of children and adolescents. The aim of this study was to compare quality of attachment and coping strategies in students with and without Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Method: The statistical population was consisted all elementary school female students of fourth and fifth grades in Shiraz city in 2016. .In this study، 60 female students with and without OCD were selected by convenience sampling method as a sample (30 students in each group). To collect the data، Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Goodman & et al، 1989)، Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment- Revised for children (Gullon & Robinson، 2005) and Children’s Coping Behavior Questionnaire (Brittany & Hernandez، 2008) were used. Data were analyzed using Multivariable analyze of variance.
Results: Results of MANOVA revealed that children with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) have greater self-alienation (P < 0.05 (and destructive coping and also lower trust and ameliorative coping than normal students (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Early diagnosis of problems in coping strategies and quality of attachment and appropriate intervention can have a positive effect in prevention and treatment of OCD.
