Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship with organizational commitment among the employees of the Department of Sport and Youth Khorasan Razavi. The method used in present study is of descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population includes all Staff of Sports and Youth Departments of Khorasan Razavi Province (N=280) that 183 subjects using random-cluster sampling, analyzed. The instruments for collecting information were talent management questionnaire (Sayadi et al., 1391), organizational entrepreneurship (Quinn & Slawin, 1986) and organizational commitment (Allan & Mir, 1990) the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the sports management professors and their reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha test, 0.88, 0.92 and 0.81 respectively. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicated the direct and significant effect of talent management on organizational entrepreneurship, organizational entrepreneurship on organizational commitment as well as direct and indirect positive and significant effects of talent management on organizational commitment. The coefficient of determination of endogenous variables showed that 58% and 19% of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship and organizational commitment were determined by exogenous variables the findings of this study indicate the importance of the role of talent management and organizational entrepreneurship in organizational commitmentThe purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of a period of inferiority following a periodic exercise program on salivary cortisol and testosterone in active young men. 30 healthy young men (age 22.57 ±1.23 years, body mass index 22.1± 11.50 kg Per square meter) were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10), severe periodic exercises with short stroke, severe periodic exercises with long range and traditional group. The aerobic exercise program was performed 3sessions per week for 4weeks. At the end of the session, 12 subjects were inactive for two weeks. Cortisol and testosterone levels were measured before and after intervention. The t-test was used to examine the intra-group variables and also ANOVA test was used for the comparison between groups. The results showed that changes in cortisol levels and testosterone / cortisol ratios were significantly higher in experimental groups than in post-test (P>0.05). The changes in testosterone levels were significantly reduced in the experimental group compared to the post test in the experimental group (P>0.05). Uncontrolled periodic exercise, testosterone levels were significantly higher than the traditional one (P>0.003). Incontinence following the periodic exercise with the shortest testosterone / cortisol ratio was lower than the traditional one (P>0.004). The present study showed that an incontinence period following four weeks of intense periodic exercise led to increased levels of cortisol, testosterone / cortisol ratio, and decreased testosterone levels. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of one-way, two-sided and combined plyometric exercises on explosive performance, agility and speed. 40 female basketball players (mean age 16.120 ± 1.64 years, weight 57.42 ± 4.48 kg, body mass index 21.76 ± 1.38 kg / m2) participated voluntarily. Subjects were divided into four groups: 1) one-way pleometric training, 2) bilateral pleometric training, 3) combined plyometric training, and 4) control. The experimental group performed pleometric exercises for six weeks. The control group performed only basketball specific exercises. Research variables including explosive performance, agility and speed were measured before intervention and 48 hours after the last training session. The results of this study showed that the combined plyometric exercises had a greater effect on the vertical and vertical jumps of the left and right legs, and a significant difference was observed between the combined and control groups (P>0.005). Two-sided pleometric exercises had a greater effect on Sargent jump and Agility and there was a significant difference between the control group and the control group (P>0.005). There was a significant difference in speed of 30 m between all experimental groups and control group (P>0.005). There was no significant difference in the speed of 15 m between the experimental and control groups (P> 0.005). Regarding the results obtained in the study, it can be said that the polythetic exercises have a positive effect on the performance indicators, velocity and agility, and except for the velocity of 15 meters, the other variables between the different types of ploymetric exercises and the control group have a significant difference ArisesThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of two pleomometric-strength exercises on body composition, upper strength, low power of the body, static speed and static volleyball players. The subjects of this study were 30 young volleyball players (18.22 ± 2.6 years old, 178.41 ± 2.7 cm and 65/70 ± 1/6 kg), divided into three groups of 10 They were Height, weight and age of each subject were recorded. Then, body composition tests were performed on physical fitness tests including high power trunk (1 RMI) and low trunk strength (Sargent), velocity (two 10 m) and static equilibrium (staggering motion). The subjects participated in a special pleometric-strength training for eight weeks and three weeks each week. T-test, multivariate analysis of variance and post-test LSD test were used at the significant level (p >0.05) to determine the statistical significance of the variables. The findings of this study showed that between high and low intensity exercises, based on velocity indices (p=0.029), body composition (p=0.001), balance (p=0.008), and power Lower body (p=0.039) There is a significant difference between young volleyball players. Also, the results of covariance analysis regarding the difference between two types of pleometric-strength exercises with high frequency and low repetition with control of the effect of pre-test showed that between training medium with high and low repetition, based on the strength indicator of young volleyball youths, the difference There is no meaning. Thus, it can be argued that pleometric-strength exercises with repeated repetition have a greater effect on body composition, lower body strength, speed, and static balance of young volleyball playersToday, in the business world, entrepreneurship has become a vital movement and it is one of the factors influencing entrepreneurship, the entrepreneur's motivation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and the ability to create business among students. The research method was descriptive-analytic, which was done in the field method. Data were collected using business start-up questionnaires and entrepreneurship motivation questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was measured by a survey of professors and experts and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method. The statistical sample of the study was selected among the students participating in the eleventh Olympiad of sport (162 people). Pearson correlation coefficient, regression and independent t-test were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between the two variables of the entrepreneurial motivation and business creation, so that in the case of entrepreneurial motivation, one can hope for business initiation, and also there is a meaningful relationship between the motivation and the creation of a business with different students' academic disciplines and terms. This relationship among different academic disciplines respectively includes students from basic sciences, technical sciences, humanities and physical education. And among the different academic semesters, the students of the 8th and 4th semesters had the most relevance, which suggests that students are more entrepreneurial as they approach their education. And this is a good opportunity for the universities to lead the students toward entrepreneurship and job creation
