Abstract:
یهدف البحث الحال للتعرف على امکانیة توظیف التقنیات الحدیثة لتکنولوجیا التعلیم فی تدریس اللغة العربیة فی المدارس الحکومیة العراقیة، ولتحقیق مرمى البحث اتبعث الباحثة المنهج الوصفی لملائمته لطبیعة البحث، وقد توصل البحث للنتائج الآتیة:
ضعف توافر تقنیات تکنولوجیا التعلم فی المدارس الحکومیة العراقیة.
انخفاض استعمال تقنیات تکنولوجیا التعلم فی التدریس.
انخفاض مستوى مهارة المعلمات فی استعمال تکنولوجیا التعلیم.
ارتفاع المعوقات التی تحول دون استعمال تقنیات تکنولوجیا التعلیم فی التدریس من وجهة نظر عینة البحث.
وفی نهایة البحث توصی الباحثة بالتوصیات الآتیة:
ان تعمل الجهات المعینة على توفیر تقنیات تکنولوجیا التعلم بکافة المدارس.
اعداد دورات تدریبیة للمعلمین والمدرسین لمواکبة لتطور العلمی والتسارع المعرفی وبما یسهم بتوظیف تکنولوجیا التعلم فی عملیة التدریس بنحو فعال.
اعداد کراسات تتضمن احدث تقنیات التعلم وامکانیة استعمالها فی التدریس.
تدریب المعلمین والمتعلمین على الحاسب الإلکترونی بوصفه ابسط تقنیات تکنولوجیا التعلم.
اعداد دورات تدریبیة للمعلمین والمدرسین بکیفیة اعتماد التعلیم الإلکترونی والإفادة من مواقع التواصل الإجتماعی مع المتعلمین.
The current research aims to identify the possibility of employing modern technologies of educational technology in teaching the Arabic language in Iraqi government schools.
Weak availability of learning technology techniques in Iraqi public schools.
Decline in the use of learning technology techniques in teaching.
Low level of female teachers ’skill in using educational technology.
The high obstacles that prevent the use of educational technology techniques in teaching from the viewpoint of the research sample.
At the end of the research, the researcher recommends the following recommendations:
The designated authorities shall work to provide learning technology techniques in all schools.
Preparing training courses for teachers and teachers to keep pace with the scientific development and cognitive acceleration, in a way that contributes to effectively employing learning technology in the teaching process.
Preparing brochures that include the latest learning techniques and the possibility of using them in teaching.
Training teachers and learners on the electronic computer as the simplest learning technology technique.
Preparing training courses for teachers and teachers on how to adopt e-learning and making use of social networking sites with learners.

Conclusion Promoting Islam in Cyberspace in Indonesia has many challenges, but for recommendation, this paper urges Indonesian government to create National Body of Cyberspace that can control the using of Internet and Social Media, with the boundaries of Pancasila as the firm philosophy for majority moslems in Indonesia.
