Abstract:
بیماران سرطانی از ابتدای آگاهی از بیماری خود دچار پریشانی و اضطراب می شوند و بهداشت روانی آنان دچار تهدید می شود. در طول درمان نیز این تنش ها ادامه دارد و بسیاری از آنان به داروهای آرامبخش روی می آورند. موسیقی درمانی یکی از تکنیک هایی است که در جهت کاهش تنش ها در این بیماران مورد استفاده واقع می شود و در اغلب مواقع موثر واقع می شود. در این پژوهش آوای قرآن به عنوان نوعی موسیقی، بر روی بیماران سرطانی مورد استفاده واقع شده تا اثربخشی آن بر روی شادکامی بررسی گردد.
روش اجرای این پژوهش آزمایشی بود و به صورت مداخله ای برروی 45 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه و رحم که در مراحل 1 و 2 شیمی درمانی بودند اجرا شد. این تعداد به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه 15 نفره تقسیم شدند. گروه اول آوای قرآن به سبک ترتیل جواد پناهی را به مدت 30 دقیقه در سه مرحله از شیمی درمانی گوش دادند. گروه دوم آوای قرآن به سبک تحدیر معتز آقایی را به همان ترتیب گوش دادند و گروه سوم در طول سه مرحله هیچ مداخله ای نداشتند و تحت کنترل بودند. قبل و بعد از اجرای آزمایش پرسشنامه ی شادکامی آکسفورد توسط آزمودنی ها تکمیل شد. بعد از یک ماه از اتمام آزمایش جهت پیگیری مجدد پرسشنامه توسط بیماران تکمیل شد.
یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که تفاوت معنی داری میان گروه های آزمایش و گواه در متغیر شادکامی وجود داشت(p<0.000). اما در مقایسه دو گروه ترتیل و تحدیر تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد و هر دو گروه به یک میزان منجر به افزایش شادکامی شدند.
نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که هریک از سبک های قرآنی با قاریان متفاوت می تواند شادکامی یماران سرطانی را افزایش دهد. بنابراین از آوای قرآن می توان به عنوان یک روش تسکین بخش در طول شیمی درمانی بیماران سرطانی بهره برد.
Patients with cancer are stressful and anxious just as they know about their disease, so their mental health would be threatened. The stress is continuing also during the treatment, and many of them turn to sedative drugs. Music therapy is a technique used to reduce the stresses of the patient and is helpful in most cases. In this research, Qurans sound as a kind of music has been used for patients with cancer in order to investigate its effectiveness on the happiness. The methodology of the research is experimental, and was performed as intervention on 45 women with breast cancer and cervical cancer who were in the first or second step of chemotherapy. They were divided into 3 groups of 15 by random. The first group listened to Qurans sound in Tartil (intonation) style of JavadPanahi for 30 minutes in 3 steps of chemotherapy. The second group listened to Qurans sound in Tahdir style of MoatazAghaie in the same way. And the third group was under control and has no intervention during 3 steps. After and before the experiment, oxford happiness questionnaire was filled by respondents. One month after experiment, the questionnaire was filled by patients again for reassessment. The findings show that there is a significant difference between experiment and control groups in terms of happiness variable. But there was no significant difference between 2 groups of Tartil and Tahdir, and both of them increased happiness by the same rate. The results of the research showed that each styles of Qurans sound with different readers can increase the happiness of patients with cancer. Therefore, Qurans sound can be used as a soothing method during chemotherapy of patients with cancer.
