Abstract:
زمینه: فرهنگ سازمانی اخلاقی زیرمجموعه ای از فرهنگ وسیع تر سازمان است که شامل ارزش های مشترک اخلاقی میان کارکنان یک سازمان می باشد و از طریق سیستم های رسمی و غیر رسمی سازمان حفظ می شود، درنتیجه ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی اخلاقی و حفظ و تقویت آن امری مهم و ضروری برای سازمان ها محسوب می شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی ابعاد مدل هشت عاملی پرهیزگاری اخلاقی کاپتین در سازمان های خدماتی دولتی و خصوصی در ایران و تناسب این مدل با داده های جمع آوری شده می باشد.
روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می باشد. این مطالعه در نمونه ای ۲۰۰ نفری از کارکنان سازمان های خدماتی (دولتی و خصوصی) در ایران، با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس صورت گرفت. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده و تجزیه و تحلیل آن ها نیز با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و در نرم افزار pls انجام شد.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که از میان هشت عامل مدل پرهیزگاری اخلاقی، عامل های وضوح، همگرایی سرپرست، همگرایی مدیریت، قابلیت حمایت، شفافیت، قابلیت بحث و قابلیت تایید و تنبیه مورد تایید قرار گرفت و عامل امکان پذیری تایید نشد. بنابراین فرضیه اصلی مبنی بر مدل هشت عاملی مورد تایید قرار نگرفت.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که گرایش های اخلاقی در جامعه ای نسبت به جامعه دیگر متفاوت است و این موضوع، لزوم تفاوت در مدل های فرهنگ سازمانی اخلاقی را در جوامع مختلف توجیه می کند. از طرفی مدیران با اتکا به این مولفه ها می توانند این فرهنگ را در سازمان ها نهادینه سازند.
Background:
Ethical organizational culture is a subset of the broader organizational culture that incorporates shared ethical values among the employees of an organization and is maintained through formal and informal organizational systems, thereby creating and maintaining ethical organizational culture. And strengthening it is important for organizations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the dimensions of the eight-factor model of Captain's moral virtue in public and private service organizations in Iran and to fit this model with the collected data.
Method:
The research method is descriptive and correlational. This study was performed on a sample of 200 employees of public service organizations (public and private) in Iran, using available sampling method. Questionnaires were used for data collection and their analysis was performed using structural equation modeling in pls software.
Results:
The research findings show that among the eight factors of the model of moral virtue, clarity factors, supervisor convergence, management convergence, support capability, transparency, arguability, and punish ability were confirmed and verifiability was confirmed. Could not. Therefore, the main hypothesis of the eight-factor model was not confirmed.
Conclusion:
Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that ethical attitudes in one society are different from another and this justifies the necessity of differences in models of ethical organizational culture in different societies. On the other hand, managers relying on these components can institutionalize this culture in organizations.
