Abstract:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ارتباطات غیرکلامی مدرسین تربیت بدنی دانشگاه بر پاسخ های هیجانی و رضایت مندی دانشجویان می باشد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی بود که داده های آن به صورت میدانی جمع آوری گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان شرکت کننده در کلاس های واحد تربیت بدنی عمومی دانشگاه بین المللی امام رضا (ع) بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان 105 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. بمنظور گردآوری داده ها از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳـﺘﺎﻧﺪارد (جانگ و یوون، 2011) استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین ارتباطات غیرکلامی و تمامی مؤلفه های آن با رضایت مندی دانشجویان ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (822/0=r). همچنین مؤلفه های ارتباطات غیرکلامی توانایی پیش بینی 46 درصد از پاسخ های هیجانی مثبت و 16 درصد از پاسخ های هیجانی منفی را دارا بودند و از طرف دیگر نیز 67 درصد از تغییرات رضایت مندی مربوط به پاسخ های هیجانی مثبت و 32 درصد از تغییرات رضایت مندی مربوط به پاسخ های هیجانی منفی می باشد. در این راستا توجه به این متغیرها و تلاش در جهت بهبود آن می تواند گامی مؤثر در راستای ارزیابی بهتر نیروی انسانی در سازمان و هدایت آنان در مسیر مناسب ارائه خدمات مناسب آموزشی و بهبود کیفیت عملکرد این افراد باشد.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between non-verbal communication among physical education instructors on emotional responses and student's satisfaction. The method of this research, was descriptive- correlation. Statistical population includes all students participating in the general physical education unit of Imam Reza International University. 105 samples were selected randomly according to Morgan sample size table. A standard questionnaire (Jang & Yoon, 2011) with confirm the content validity and determine the reliability used. Finding showed that there was a significant correlation between non-verbal communication and all its components with students satisfaction variable (r= 0.822). Also, non-verbal communication components had the ability to predict 46% of the positive emotional response variable and 16% of the negative emotional response variable. On the other hand, 67% of satisfaction changes are related to positive emotional responses and 33% of satisfaction changes related to negative emotional responses. So paying attention to these variables and trying to improve it can be an effective step towards better evaluation of human resources in the organization and directing them in the proper direction of providing appropriate educational services and improving the quality of their performance.
