Abstract:
با ظهور تئوری نمایندگی و تفکیک مدیریت از مالکیت، ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران مطرح گردید. بنابراین میبایست شاخصها و مؤلفههایی برای این منظور در نظر گرفته شود، که شاخصهای حسابداری و شاخصهای اقتصادی از آن جملهاند. به همین جهت در این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر پاداش هیأت مدیره بر شاخصهای حسابداری ارزیابی عملکرد پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور، بر اساس آزمون تجربی مضامین تئوری نمایندگی، اطلاعات لازم برای سالهای 1381 تا 1387 از کلیهی شرکتهای واجد شرایط در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران جمعآوری گردید و با استفاده از ضریب تعیین تعدیل شده، تحلیل واریانس و یک مدل رگرسیونی خطی، این رابطه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه، تأثیر پاداش بر خالص جریانهای نقدی حاصل از فعالیتهای عملیاتی و نسبت Q توبین در سطح کل شرکتها و صنایع انتخابی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش در سطح کل شرکتها دلالت بر وجود رابطه معنیدار بین مبلغ پاداش هیأت مدیره و خالص جریانهای نقدی حاصل از فعالیتهای عملیاتی و رابطه ضعیف بین مبلغ پاداش هیأت مدیره و نسبت Q توبین دارد. نتایج آزمون فرضیهها در سطح صنایع مورد رسیدگی نیز، نشان میدهد که جریانهای نقدی حاصل از فعالیتهای عملیاتی (CFO) در صنعت سیمان، آهک و گچ و صنعت خودرو و ساخت قطعات، تأثیر معنیداری روی مبلغ پاداش هیأت مدیره دارد و همچنین در سطح صنایع، رابطة معنیداری بین مبلغ پاداش هیأتمدیره و نسبت Q توبین شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران وجود ندارد.
With the advent of the representation theory of the separation of management from ownership, management performance evaluation is proposed. The indicators and criteria should be considered for this purpose, the accounting indicators and economic indicators are among them. Therefore, in this study the influence of board remuneration on account of the performance evaluation will be discussed. To this end, an empirical test of the implications of agency theory is based on data for the years 2002 to 2008 from all eligible companies in Tehran Stock Exchange were collected using the adjusted coefficient of determination, analysis of variance and A linear regression model this relationship was examined. In this study, the effect of bonuses on the net cash flows from operating activities and Tobin's Q ratio of all companies and industries chosen were examined. Research findings indicate there is a significant relationship between the level of the whole company bonus net cash flows from operating activities on board and the weak relationship between the amount of remuneration of the board and Tobin's Q. there is not a significant relationship between Tobin's Q ratio and compensation.
