Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ذهنیت فلسفی و بلوغ حرفهای معلمان علوم اجتماعی با سبک تدریس آنان انجام گرفت. این پژوهش توصیفی – همبستگی بوده است. نمونه آماری طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 87 نفر به شیوهی نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامههای ذهنیت فلسفی هاشمی ، بلوغ حرفه ای سوپر ، سبک تدریس گراشا بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بین ذهنیت فلسفی و سبک تخصصی یا خبره، سبک مدل شخصی یا فردی، سبک تسهیلکننده و سبک وکالتی یا تعاملی معلمان رابطه وجود دارد . بین مؤلفه های جامعیت، تعمق و انعطافپذیری با سبکهای تخصصی یا خبره، مدل شخصی یا فردی، تسهیلکننده و وکالتی یا تعاملی معلمان رابطه وجود دارد. بلوغ حرفه ای با سبکهای تخصصی یا خبره، مدل شخصی یا فردی، تسهیلکننده و سبک وکالتی یا تعاملی معلمان رابطه دارد .بین مؤلفه های اکتشاف و سبکهای تخصصی یا خبره و اقتدار رسمی یا آمرانه معلمان؛ ثبات با سبکهای تخصصی یا خبره، تسهیلکننده و سبک وکالتی یا تعاملی معلمان؛ ابقاء و سبکهای تخصصی یا خبره، تسهیلکننده و سبک وکالتی یا تعاملی معلمان؛ افول و سبکهای تخصصی یا خبره، تسهیلکننده و سبک وکالتی یا تعاملی معلمان رابطه دارد.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between philosophical mindset and professional maturity of social sciences teachers with their teaching style in junior high schools in Tabriz. This study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the all social sciences teachers in the junior high schools in Tabriz (113 teacher) who were teaching in the schools of Tabriz. Statistical Sample According to Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, 350 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool in this research included Hashemi's philosophical mindset questionnaire (1995), Super's career development questionnaire (1980) and Grasha's teaching style questionnaire (2002). The results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the teachers' philosophical mindset and expert style, personal model style, facilitator style, and delegator or interactive style (P<0.01). There is a positive and significant relationship between the components of comprehensiveness, penetration and flexibility with expert, personal, facilitator and delegator styles of teachers (P<0.05). Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between professional maturity with expert, personal, facilitator, and delegator teaching styles of teachers (P<0.05).
