Abstract:
شورای همکاری خلیج فارس از مهمترین سازمانهای منطقهای در محیط منطقهای ایران است و سیاستهای ایران همواره نقش مهمی در جهتگیریها و اهداف شورا داشته است. مقاله حاضر سعی کرده است با واکاوی سیاستهای این سازمان بر اساس تحولات خاورمیانه و تئوری واقعگرایی روابط بینالملل، به این سوال پاسخ دهد که افزایش قدرت منطقهای ایران چه نقشی در شکلدهی و تعیین سیاستها و الگوهای رفتاری شورا طی 2015-2005 داشته است؟ یافتهها نشان میدهد که با تحولات بوجود آمده در خاورمیانه طی این سالها که اعضای این سازمان، آن را به منزله افزایش ضریب نفوذ و قدرت منطقهای ایران تلقی کردهاند و راهبرد دفاعی مبتنی بر بازدارندگی در قالب راهبرد امنیت بههم پیوسته، افزایش توان نظامی و پیشرفتهای هستهای ایران، الگوهای رفتاری شورا را به دگرگونی در ساختار داخلی، تغییر توازن قوا و پیگیری سیاست اتحاد و ائتلاف در سطح منطقهای و افزایش مناسبات با غرب بهویژه ایالات متحده سوق داده است. این مقاله با روش تحقیق تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای سعی در بررسی این موضوع دارد.
Persian Gulf cooperation council is one of the most important of regional organization in Irans regional environment and Irans regional policies always have important role in its objectives and orientations. The present paper tries to explore Persian Gulf cooperation council policies in frame of Middle East new transformation and realism theory in international relations¡ apply this main question that what was the role of Irans regional strength in shaping and determining policies and behavior methods of Persian Gulf cooperation council in 2005-2015? the main findings of the paper illustrate that with the middle East Current transformations in these years that member of the GCC deemed to have as increase in Irans penetration rate and regional power and emphasis on the defense strategy of the deterrence in term of integrated security strategy¡ increasing military power and nuclear advances¡ is shaped Persian gulf cooperation council behavior methods in term of changes in internal structure¡ the policy of alliance-coalition in the region level and increase ties with the west¡ especially the United states of America in different levels. This paper addressed the issue with analytical method and library resources.
