Abstract:
زمینه: درسازمانها، مدیریت رفتارسازمانی نقش بسزایی در عملکرد کارکنان دارد و توجه به اخلاق سازمانی ابزاری برای ارتقای عملکردسازمانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت رفتارسازمانی با تاکید بر اصول اخلاقی در صنعت بانکداری بخش دولتی شکل گرفت.
روش: این پژوهش کاربردی و در زمره پژوهش های کیفی بود. جامعه آماری خبرگان صنعت بانکداری بخش دولتی بودند که از میان آنها ۱۵ نفر با روش گلوله برفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تکنیک تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی (Fuzzy Delphi- FANP - FDEMATEL) و آزمون فریدمن انجام شد.
یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق ۴۱ عامل در۷ دسته معیار را مشخص کردند که بر اساس نتایج حاصل شده، عوامل اخلاقی بالاترین وزن و مهم ترین نقش را در مدیریت رفتارسازمانی داشته اند. همچنین بر اساس نتایج حاصله، بیشترین تاثیر گذاری و تاثیر پذیری به ترتیب عوامل ساختاری و منطقه ای/ بین المللی بر سایر عناصر سیستم بوده است. در این میان شاخص عدالت و استقرار نظام مشارکتی به ترتیب با بیشترین میانگین ۳۹/ ۴و ۲۵/ ۴ در رتبه اول و دوم قرار گرفتند.
نتیجه گیری: بانک ها نبض اقتصاد کشورند، لذا بانکها می بایست الگوی عدالت محور را در تمام فرایند های سازمانی و بانکی مستقر ساخته و با بازنگری فرهنگ سازمانی و رعایت ارزشهای فردی و اصول اخلاقی ،ضمن شفاف سازی امور بانکداری در راستای اجرای صحیح عملیات بانکی بدون ربا، در جهت رسیدن به اهداف کلان سازمانی و ملی با مد درنظر قرار دادن اصول مشارکت نظامند و تعامل سازنده با سایرین گام بردارند.
Background
In organizations, organizational behavior management plays an important role in employee performance and attention to organizational ethics is a tool for promoting organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to prioritize the factors affecting organizational behavior management with emphasis on ethics in the public sector banking industry.
Method
This study was an applied one of qualitative research. The statistical population consisted of public sector banking industry experts, among whom 15 were selected by snowball method. Data collection tool was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using Fuzzy Delphi-FANP - FDEMATEL and Friedman test.
Results
The findings of the study identified 41 factors in 7 criteria categories. Based on the results, ethical factors had the highest weight and the most important role in managing organizational behavior. Also, based on the results, structural and regional / international factors had the most impact on other elements of the system, respectively. Among the indicators of equity and establishment of the corporate system were ranked first and second respectively with the highest average of 4. 39 and 4. 25 respectively.
Conclusion
Banks are the pulse of the countrychr ('39') s economy, so banks should establish a justice-based paradigm in all organizational and banking processes. Take proper steps to achieve the highest corporate and national goals by adhering to the principles of systematic participation and productive interaction with others, in order to properly conduct banking operations without usury.
