Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: توسعه حضور تکنولوژی و شکلگیر عصر دیجیتال با سرعت در حال گسترش است تا آنجا که برخی پژوهشگران معتقدند، 65 درصد کودکان مشاغلی را تجربه می کنند که امروز وجود ندارد و این نشان دهنده پویایی منابع انسانی در عصر دیجیتال بوده و نقش مدیران منابع انسانی را آشکار می سازد. ویروس کرونا شرایطی را برای سازمان ها ایجاد کرده که نقش تکنولوژی را مهمتر نشان خواهد داد و این به معنای لزوم توجه به کسب و کارهای دیجیتال است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شایستگی های مدیران منابع انسانی در عصر دیجیتال جهت مقابله با ویروس کرونا می باشد و اینکه چه تغییراتی در زیرسیستم های منابع انسانی رخ خواهد داد. روششناسی: این مطالعه به روش کیفی و تحلیل تم انجام گرفته و داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته به دست آمده اند. جامعه آماری مدیران و متخصصان منابع انسانی شرکت هایی هستند که تکنولوژی محور بوده و با 21 نفر از آنها مصاحبه بعمل آمد و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که منابع انسانی دیجیتال باعث توسعه کسب و کارها در حوزه دیجیتال به صورت معنادار می گردد، همچنین برای این شکل از توسعه مدیران منابع انسانی نیازمند تجهیز خود با شایستگی نرم و سخت این حوزه میباشند و اینکه تغییراتی در زیر سیستم های مدیریت منابع انسانی شامل استخدام، ارزیابی عملکرد، توسعه و جبران خدمت نیز بایستی ایجاد گردد تا بتوان الگوی هماهنگ مدیریت منابع انسانی دیجیتال را به بهترین شکل مستقر نموده وتوسعه داد.
The development of technology and the shaping of the digital age is expanding so rapidly that some researchers believe that, 65% of children today experience jobs that do not exist today, and this shows the dynamism of human resources in the digital age and reveals the role of human resource managers. The corona virus has created an environment for organizations to emphasize the role of technology, which means paying attention to digital businesses. The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies of human resource managers in the digital age to deal with the corona virus and what changes will occur in human resource subsystems. This study was performed by qualitative method and themetic analysis and the data were obtained through semi-structured interviews. The statistical population is managers and human resources specialists of companies that are technology-oriented and 21 of them were interviewed and analyzed. The results show that digital human resources cause the development of businesses in the digital field in a significant way. Also, for this form of development, human resource managers need to equip themselves with soft and hard competencies in this field. And that changes to human resource management subsystems, including recruitment, performance appraisal, development, and total compensation, must be made to better integrate and develop a harmonized digital human resource management model.
