Abstract:
زمینه: درد مزمن نشانگانی آزارنده است. مدل های روانشناختی متفاوتی تلاش کردند تا نقش عوامل روانشناختی و اجتماعی را در بروز و حفظ درد مزمن توضیح دهند. دلبستگی یکی از ساختارهای روانشناختی است که احتمالا با درد مزمن مرتبط است. هدف: هدف پژوهش، بررسی اثر پیش بینی کنندگی سبک های دلبستگی بر فاجعه پنداری و شدت درد بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن بود. روش: مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی حاضر روی 120 بیمار درد مزمن (38/3% مرد و 61/7 % زن) صورت گرفت. نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از بین بیماران درد مزمنی که در یک مقطع زمانی سه ماهه به کلینیک درد بیمارستان اختر شهر تهران مراجعه کرده بودند انتخاب شدند. این افراد پرسشنامه های سبک های دلبستگی بزرگسال و فاجعه پنداری را تکمیل کردند. داده های به دست آمده با محاسبه ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره گام به گام مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: ارتباط معناداری بین سبک های دلبستگی و متغیرهای ملاک در پژوهش حاضر (0/01>P) وجود داشت. در تحلیل رگرسیون نیز تنها سبک های دلبستگی ایمن و دوسوگرا توانستند فاجعه پنداری را در بیماران مبتلا به دردهای مزمن پیشبینی کنند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه سبک های دلبستگی ایمن و دوسوگرا توانست فاجعهپنداری را در بیماران درد مزمن پیشبینی کند، برای تسریع در بهبود وضعیت سلامت بیماران مداخلات ترمیم دلبستگی توصیه می شود.
Background: Chronic pain is a burdensome symptom. Different psychological models have been proposed to explain the role of psychological and social factors in developing and maintaining chronic pain. Attachment is a psychological construct of possible relevance in chronic pain. Aims: The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of predicting attachment styles on pain catastrophizing in patients with chronic pain. Methods: In a descriptive-correlational study, convenience sampling was used to select 120 chronic pain patients from pain clinic of akhtar hospital in Tehran, Iran during three months. The participants completed a demographic questionnaire, Adult Attachment Inventory, Pain Catastrophizing Scale. Data was analyzed using Pearsonchr('39')s correlation and step by step regression models. Results: The correlations between attachment styles & depending variables in this study were significantly (PConclusion: According to the results of the present study, it can be concluded that secure and ambivalent attachment styles can predict pain catastrophizing. Considering these variables may be important in the processes of prevention, diagnosis and treatment reparation of attachment, as well as promoting mental health in patients with chronic pain.
