Abstract:
زمینه: بهبود رضایت زناشویی و انسجام خانواده جانبازان به دلیل هشت سال دوران جنگ و مشکلات جسمی و روانی آنان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. تحقیقات اثربخشی درمان هیجان محور و درمان شناختی رفتاری را بر بهبود عملکرد خانواده در جوامع آماری مختلف اثبات کرده است. هدف: لذا این پژوهش با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی درمان هیجان محور و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر انسجام خانوادگی و رضایت زناشویی همسران جانباز شهرستان خرم آباد انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی همراه با پس آزمون و پیگیری و نمونه 60 نفر از همسران جانباز بود که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه 20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش اول، 10 جلسۀ درمان هیجان محور و گروه آزمایش دوم، 8 جلسۀ درمان شناختی رفتاری دریافت کرده و گروه گواه در لیست انتظار قرار داده شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامۀ انسجام خانواده سامانی (1381) و رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1998) بود. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل وریانس اندازه گیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: در مرحلۀ پس آزمون هر دو مداخله به صورت معناداری باعث افزایش انسجام خانواده و رضایت زناشویی شدند (0/05p). در مرحلۀ پیگیری گروه درمان هیجان محور پایداری اثر داشته، ولی نسبت به پس آزمون معنادار نمی باشد (001>p). نتیجه گیری: بنابراین، می توان از درمان شناختی رفتاری و درمان هیجان محور در جهت بهبود انسجام خانواده و رضایت زناشویی جانبازان استفاده نمود.
Background: Improving marital satisfaction and family cohesion of the veteranschr('39') family is important because of eight years of war and their physical and psychological problems. The research has proven the effectiveness of emotion-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy on improving family functioning in different statistical societies. Aims: Therefore, the purpose of this study was to the comparison of the effectiveness of emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy on family cohesion and marital satisfaction of veteranchr('39') wives in Khoramabad city. Method: The method of present study was quasi-experimental with post-test and follow-up. The sample, including 60 veteranchr('39') wives in were selected in available manner and were assigned randomly into two experiment and one control groups (each group 20 persons). The first experiment group received 10 emotionally focused therapy sessions and the second the same numbers for cognitive behavioral ones and control group were placed in waiting list. Tool used in this study was included family cohesion (Samani,1381) and marital satisfaction (Enrich, 1989) questionnaires. Data were analyzed using analysis of used repeated masseur variance. Results: In posttest phase, Interventions increased the family cohesion and marital satisfaction significantly (p>0.05). Also, the emotional therapy group has sustainability effect in the follow-up stage, but it isn’t significant compared to post-test (pConclusions: So, emotionally focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy can be utilized for improving family cohesion in veterans.
