Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر احساس تنهایی و امیدواری زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش انجام پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۸ بودند. گروه نمونه به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت جایگزینی تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزارها شامل آزمون امیدواری میلر (۱۹۹۸) و مقیاس احساس تنهایی اجتماعی - عاطفی (۲۰۰۴) بود. برنامه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در ۸ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه ای اجرا شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد تاثیر معناداری بر احساس تنهایی (۰۵/ ۰>P) و امیدواری (۰۵/ ۰>P) زنان سرپرست خانوار دارد.
نتیجه گیری: بنابر یافته های این، روش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد سبب بهبود احساس تنهایی و امیدواری می شود و نمایانگر افق های تازه در مداخلات بالینی است و می توان از آن به عنوان یک روش مداخله ای موثر سود جست.بنابراین، به نظر می رسد این مداخله آموزشی برای زنان سرپرست خانوار کاربردی است.
Backgraound and Aim: This study aimed to investigate the the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on loneliness and hope among women heading households. Method: This study was a quasi-experimental pretest - posttest with control group. The study population was consisted of all women heading households in Tehran in 2020 that reffering to Welfare Organization of Tehran. The sample consisted of 30 (15 for each group) women heading households that were selected by targeted sampling and randomly recruits to each of groups. Then, the participants in the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of 90 min of acceptance and commitment therapy. Instruments for gathering data were Snyder’s hope questionnaire (1991) and social and emotional loneliness scale (2004). Then, the data were analyzed using SPSS. v21 software and statistical tests such as MANCOVA. Findings: The results indicate that acceptance and commitment therapy had significant impact on loneliness (P <0. 05) and hope (P <0. 05) among women heading households and their subscales. Conclusion: Given that loneliness and hope are factors affecting mental health and Acceptance and commitment therapy is effective in improving them, it is recommended to use this therapeutic approach to prevent psychological problems of women heading households.
