Abstract:
هدف پژوهش: موضوع توجه از مهمترین و پیچیدهترین عوامل مؤثر در آموزش و یادگیری است و یکی از فراوانترین مشکلات در میان کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی که موجب کاهش کارایی آنان در یادگیری میشود، فقدان توجه است؛ در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرینات تعادلی بر توجه پایدار کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه /بیش فعالی است. روش پژوهش: سی کودک با اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی از میان کودکان 7 تا 10 سالهای که به مرکز درمانی بعثت شهر کرمان مراجعه کرده بودند، انتخاب و به روش تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تجربی تقسیم شدند. طرح تحقیق شامل گروه تجربی همراه با گروه کنترل و روش آن نیمه تجربی بود. تمرینات تعادلی به مدت 8 هفته بر گروه تجربی انجام گرفت. توجه پایدار شرکتکنندگان با استفاده از نرمافزار عملکرد مداوم سنجیده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای ناپارامتریک یومن ویتنی و ویلکاکسون استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، تمرینات تعادلی باعث بهبود معنیدار مؤلفههای توجه پایدار کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی شده است. نتیجهگیری: تمرینات تعادلی را میتوان در کنار سایر روشهای درمانی بهعنوان روشی اثربخش برای بهبود توجه این کودکان به کاربرد.
Purpose: Attention is the most important and complex factors in teaching and learning issues and is one of the most common problems among children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) that reduces their efficiency in learning. The present study examined the impact of balance exercises on the sustained attention in children with ADHD. Methods: thirty seven to ten ADHD children who were referred to the BESAT health center of Kerman City, were selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. A quasi-experimental design with clinical method were used in this study. The experimental group was performed balance exercises for eight weeks. Sustained attention were assessed using the Continuous Performance Software. Analyzing the data was performed using Mann-Whitney U and Wilcoxon tests. Results: The results showed that balance exercise caused significantly improvement on Sustained attention component in children with ADHD. Conclusion: Balance exercises can be used in conjunction with other therapies as an effective way to improve the children's attention.
