Abstract:
هدف: امروزه، جایگاه انسان محور اصلی توسعه است و توجه به نیازهای اساسی وی و رهایی از فقر صرفاً جنبۀ بشردوستانه ندارد؛ بلکه بهرهمندی از ابعاد توسعه و رهاشدن از فقر یک حق مسلم در قوانین بینالملل محسوب میشود. در این میان سهم نابرابر و بیشتر زنان از فقر در مقیاس جهانی، بهویژه پس از شیوع پاندمی کرونا بیشتر شده است. مطالعه کیفی حاضر به بررسی و واکاوی اثرات فقر در بین زنان سرپرست خانوار پس از پاندمی کرونا میپردازد و درصدد است ماهیت و ابعاد آن را در بین زنان موردمطالعه آشکار کند.روش: بر همین اساس، با اتخاذ روششناسی کیفی، از 15 نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار در منطقۀ 1 تهران محدودۀ اوین/ درکه مصاحبۀ عمیق گرفته شد و دادههای گردآوریشده با استفاده از تحلیل تماتیک یا موضوعی تحلیل شدند. عوامل بسیاری بهعنوان متغییرهای مؤثر در فقر مطرح شده است، مانند نابرابری در حقوق، فرصتها و محرومیت بیشتر زنان از امتیازات اشتغال رسمی، مهاجرتها و جنگها که البته در دو سال اخیر با گسترش پاندمی کرونا نهتنها به فقیرترشدن افراد جامعه، بلکه به پیوستن قشر خاصی از زنان، یعنی زنان سرپرست خانوار به گروه فقیرترین فقرا منجر شده است.یافتهها: یافتههای این تحقیق مقولههای خاصی را به دست داد که عبارتاند از: پیشبینی از آیندۀ تاریک و استرس، احساس تبعیض و بیعدالتی، طرد اجتماعی، آسیبپذیری اخلاقی.نتیجه: مقولههای مذکور با استناد به دادههای مصاحبهها بیانگر ماهیت چندبعدی اثرات کرونا بر فقیرترشدن زنان سرپرست خانوار است.
Objective: Today, the status of human is the main axis of development and paying attention to the basic needs of people and getting rid of poverty is not only a humanitarian approach, but also a crucial human right. Meanwhile, the unequal and increasing share of women in poverty has increased worldwide, especially after the outbreak of Corona pandemic. The present qualitative study examines the effects of poverty on female-headed households after the corona pandemic and seeks to reveal its nature and dimensions among the women studied.Methodology: Accordingly, by adopting a qualitative methodology, 15 female-headed households in district 1 of Tehran city, Evin Darkeh area, were interviewed in depth and the collected data were analyzed using thematic or thematic analysis. Many factors have been suggested as effective variables in poverty such as inequality of rights and opportunities; more deprivation of women from official employment privileges; as well as immigration and war. Of course, in the last two years, with the spread of the Corona pandemic, a certain number of women, particularly those who are the heads of households, have moved to the lowest rank of the poor.Findings: The findings of this study identified specific categories: predicting a dark future and stress, feelings of discrimination and injustice, social exclusion, and moral vulnerability.
