Abstract:
مقدمه: جامعهپسندی با انواع شاخصهای روانشناختی مثبت در ارتباط است. هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ابعاد سرشت و منش و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در جامعهپسندی دانشجویان بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز رشت در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند. 220 دانشجو با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. دادهها به وسیلۀ شاخصهای ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس شخصیت جامعهپسند پنر (2002)، پرسشنامه سرشت و منش (آدان سرا-گرابولسا، ساسی و ناتاله (2009) و مقیاس چند بعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (زیمت، دالم، زیمت و فارلی، 1988) را تکمیل نمودند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، جامعهپسندی با پاداش وابستگی، خودراهبری، همکاری، خودفراروی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده همبستگی مثبت معنادار و با آسیب پرهیزی و نوجویی همبستگی منفی معنادار دارد (p<0.01) همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که همکاری 33/ 0، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده 11/ 0 و خودراهبری 02/ 0 از واریانس جامعه پسندی دانشجویان را به طور معناداری پیش بینی نمودند
(p<0.01).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نقش ابعاد سرشت و منش و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در جامعه پسندی دانشجویان، یافتههای این مطالعه تلویحات مهمی در این افراد دارد.
Introduction: Prosociality has been linked with a variety of positive psychosocial indices. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of temperament and character dimensions and perceived social support in the prosociality of college students. Method: The present research was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the study consisted of all students of Payame Noor University of Rasht city in the academic year of 2019-2020. 220 students were selected by using a random sampling method. Data were analyzed by correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The participants completed the items of Prosocial Personality Scale (Penner, 2002), Temperament and Character Inventory (Adan, Serra-Grabulosa, Caci, & Natale, 2009) and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (Zimet, Dahlem, Zimet & Farley, 1988). Results: Results showed that prosociality has a significant positive correlation with reward dependence, self-directiveness, co-operativeness, self-transcendence and perceived social support and it has a significant negative correlation with harm avoidance and novelty seeking (pstepwise regression analysis showed that co-operativeness 0.33, perceived social support 0.11 and self-directiveness 0.02 significantly predict variance of prosociality in college students (pConclusion: Considering the role of temperament and character dimensions and perceived social support on Prosociality in College Students, the results of this study have important implications for these individuals.
