Abstract:
ضرورت انعطاف پذیری از دو بعد قابل اثبات میباشد، یکی از نظر تئوری و دیگری تجربههای متعددی که در طول تاریخ معماری وجود داشته است. انعطاف پذیری مستلزم سازماندهی است و بدون آن میتواند منجر به آشفتگی و هرج و مرج گردد. هرچند انعطاف پذیری کامل امکان پذیر نیست، زیرا مرزهایی در این میان حاکم است که باید کل نظام و ساختار اصلی را حفظ کند. یکی از پیش شرطهای انعطاف پذیری عملکرد مجزای عناصر نگهدارنده و جدا کننده بناست، از این رو تاریخچهء انعطاف پذیری در ارتباط تگاتنگی با تحولات و شکوفایی بناهای اسکلتی در عصر جدید دارد. از نظر تئوری تغییرات مستمری هستند که روزانه، ماهانه و حتی سالانه در عوامل محیطی و عوامل انسانی رخ میدهند که این تغیرات به طور کلی در قالب سه دسته میباشند: تغییر در ساختار جمعیتی (افراد)، تغییر در ضوابط و استانداردها و تغییر در ارزشها، معماری نیز به منظور تطبیق با این تغییرات و حفظ کیفیت فضا، ناگزیر به تغییر میباشد، تغییری که بر اساس تعاریف ارائه شده، انعطاف پذیر محسوب میگردد. در فضاهای مسکونی نیز قابلیت تطبیق فضا با نیازها و سلایق شخصی کاربران برای حفظ مطلوبیت فضا ضروری میباشد. عواملی همچون افزایش تعداد فرزندان، تغییرساکنین و استقلال فرزندان از خانواده، باعث ایجاد نیاز برای تفکیک یا تجمیع در واحد یا واحدهای مسکونی میگردد. همچنین رشد سنی افراد و تغییر سلایق آنها یکی از عوامل ایجاد تغییرات کالبدی در فضای مسکونی میباشد.

to study and analyze houses built in the Qajar and Pahlavi periods in Arak and find common
features related to plant species, water and body structure and landscape elements in the yard

areas such as energy saving, landscaping and flexibility, etc. has been done, which in recent
decades has been raised as a concern of scientists and architects as a fundamental and critical
issue in the present world. The results show that the courtyards of ancient houses in Arak
have a single structural pattern as well as landscaping elements and vegetation. This study
tries to test the efficiency of landscape components in the open space of houses and based on
modeling and retrieving the principles and factors of landscaping to find a suitable solution to
enhance the flexibility of today's open architecture.
