Abstract:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر عاطفه منفی و بهبود رابطه والد-کودک در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای بود. روش: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل مادران کودکان دبستانی مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای مراجعه کننده به کلینکهای آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 4 و 6 شهر مشهد بود که تعداد 40 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. جهت جمع آوری دادهها از مقیاس اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای کودکان، مقیاس عاطفه منفی، مقیاس ارزیابی رابطه مادر- کودک استفاده شد. برای گروه آزمایش آموزش تنظیم هیجان طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای برگزار شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیره و چندمتغیره نشان داد آموزش تنظیم هیجان میتواند موجب بهبود رابطه مادر-کودک و مولفههای آن، در مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای شود (001/0> p). و همچنین تفاوت گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مولفه عاطفه منفی نیز معنیدار میباشد (001/0> p). نتیجهگیری: آموزش تنظیم هیجان با دانشافزایی و افزایش درک و انعطافپذیری مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای به تقویت رابطه مادر- کودک و سلامت روان و کاهش عاطفه منفی منجر شد.
Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of
emotion regulation training on negative emotion and improve
the parent-child relationship in mothers of children with
confrontational disobedience disorder. Method: The research
design was quasi-experimental. The statistical population
included mothers of primary school children with
confrontational disobedience disorder who referred to
education clinics in districts 4 and 6 of Mashhad. A total of 40
people were selected as a statistical sample and randomly
divided into two experimental and control groups. Were. To
collect data, the Child Coping Disorder Disorder Scale, the
Negative Emotion Scale, and the Mother-Child Relationship
Scale were used. For the experimental group, emotion
regulation training was held in 8 sessions of 90 minutes.
Results: The results of univariate and multivariate analysis of
covariance showed that emotion regulation training can
improve the mother-child relationship and its components in
mothers with children with confrontational disobedience
disorder (0.001). 0> p). Also, the difference between the
experimental and control groups in the negative emotion
component is significant (p <0.001). Conclusion: Emotion
regulation training increased knowledge and increased
understanding and flexibility of mothers of children with
confrontational disobedience disorder to strengthen the
mother-child relationship and mental health and reduce
negative emotion.
