Abstract:
بیماری آلزایمر یک نوع اختلال عملکرد مغزی است که به تدریج توانایی ذهنی بیمار تحلیل میرود و باعث بروز نابسامانی در کارکردهای شناختی، شخصیت، اندیشه و ادراک فرد می شود. هدف: این پژوهش به بررسی مشکلات مراقبان نزدیک بیمار مبتلا به آلزایمر و رابطه آن با سلامت روان مراقبان پرداخته است. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی بود و در این مطالعه ٤٨ مراقب نزدیک بیمار آلزایمری در شهر تهران که حداقل ٦ ماه تجربه مراقبت داشتند با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند وارد مطالعه شدند. دادهها به وسیله پرسش نامههای اطلاعات فردی، سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و ارزیابی تحمل مراقبت کننده از بیماران جمع آوری گردید. یافته ها: با توجه به آزمون سلامت عمومی که هرچه نمره آزمون بالاتر باشد، آزمودنیها از سلامت روان کمتری برخوردارند، آزمودنیها در آزمون سلامت عمومی میانگین نمره 81/28 را کسب کردند که نشان دهنده ناراحتی خفیف است. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون وجود رابطه معنی دار بین مشکلات مراقبتی و سلامت روان را نشان داده است. نتیجه گیری: از این رو، نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مراقبان نزدیک بیماران آلزایمری، همچنان در معرض اختلالات جسمی و روحی و اجتماعی میباشند. از این رو، نهادهای مسئول و اعضای خانواده بیماران آلزایمری باید درباره این مسئله، توجه خاصی به این گروه از مراقبان داشته باشند که با کاهش فشاربار مراقبتی، توان حل مسئله و امیدواری در زندگی مراقبت کنندگان افزایش مییابد و هم چنین در سیر بیماری توام با آرامش بیماران موثر میباشد.
Alzheimer's disease is a type of brain impairment that gradually degenerates the mental abilities of the patient and causes discomfort in cognitive functions, personality, thoughts, and perceptions of the individual. Aim: This study aimed to investigate the problems of caregivers close to Alzheimer's patients and their relationship with mental health care providers. Method: The research method was correlational and in this study, 48 close-care caregivers of Alzheimer's patients in Tehran who had at least 6 months of care experience were included in the study by targeted sampling. The data were collected by personal information questionnaires, Goldberg General Health Questionnaire, and caring tolerant assessment. Findings: According to the general health test, the higher the score was, the subjects had lower mental health, the subjects in the general health test scored an average score of 28.81 which indicated mild discomfort. Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between care problems and mental health. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that close caregivers of Alzheimer's patients are still exposed to physical, psychological and social disorders. Hence, the responsible institutions and family members of Alzheimer's patients should pay particular attention to this group of caregivers, which will increase the problem solving and hope in the care of the caregiver by reducing the pressure of care, and also in the course of the disease Coupled with the comfort of the patients.
