Abstract:
Internal and external factors
collided in the constitutional
revolution، the arrest of Mr.
Mohammad Tabatabai، one of the
sciences of Tehran، intensified. The
sciences of Tehran went to Qom، they
threatened to leave Persia to Iraq or to
respond to their demands to establish a
parliamentary council، the Shah
responded and the elections were held
and the Constitution was ratified and
ratified in 1907، an amendment to the
second article، which includes nonviolation
of the provisions of the
Constitution of the holy texts.
The shah (Muzaffar al-Din) died
and his son (Muhammad Ali) was
assassinated، he exploited the
opposition of some clerics to the
constitution، he declared martial law
and bombarded the council and ended
constitutional life.
The conflict moved from Persia to
Najaf، where the religious authority
was the dominant authority in Persia.
The references of Najaf al-Ashraf،
supporters of the constitution in Persia،
established a body to monitor the
developments in Persia، while this
trend was opposed by other references،
including Mr. Yazdi، after his study
and his knowledge of the
transformation of the constitutional
revolution from its Islamic track and
the secularists' control over parliament.
