Abstract:
در عصر جهانی شدن که با تحولات پرشتاب عصر جدید و ورود و نفوذ فناوریهای جدید اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی رو به رو هستیم، مدیران سازمانهای رسانهای برای بقا و پیشتاز بودن درفضای به شدت رقابتی موجود، ناگزیر به استفاده از فناوریهای جدید اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی هستند. اگرچه این فناوریها، تحولی جدی دربازار سازمانهای رسانهای ایجاد کردهاند، اما همچون پذیرش هر امر جدیدی با دشواریها و پیچیدگیهایی هم همراه استهدف این مقاله، شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده در پذیرش فناوریهای جدید اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی در بین مدیران سازمانهای رسانهای است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع تحقیق یک پژوهش کیفی محسوب میشود. نتایج با روش دلفی و از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با 23 نفر از مدیران سازمانهای رسانهای با استراتژی اکتشافی احصا شده و از نظر هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی است. در نتیجه، علاوه بر عوامل فردی، تفاوتهای جمعیت شناختی از جمله سن، جنسیت، تجربه و قابلیتهای ذهنی افراد در کنار عوامل سازمانی و زمینههای فرهنگی، در پذیرش یا عدم پذیرش و استفاده از فناوریهای جدید اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی، تأثیرگذارند.از جمله عوامل فردی، نگرش و هنجار ذهنی مدیران سازمانهای رسانهای در پذیرش یـک نـوآوری در کنار تصویر ذهنیای که مدیران از رویت پذیری نتایج به دست میآورند، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. اضطراب رایانهای، برداشت ذهنی از افزایش هزینههای مالی، به خطر افتادن امنیت و نبود پشتیبانی فنی لازم نیز از عوامل بازدارنده در استفاده از فناوریهای جدید اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی هستند.
In the era of globalization, which is facing rapid developments in the new era and the arrival and influence of new information and communication technologies, managers of media organizations are forced to use new information and communication technologies to survive and be a leader in the existing highly competitive space. Although these technologies have made a serious change in the market of media organizations, as with the acceptance of any new thing, it is also difficult and complicated. The purpose of this paper is to identify the preventive factors in accepting new information and communication technologies among managers of media organizations. The results were assessed by Delphi method and through in-depth interviews with 23 managers of media organizations with exploratory strategy and in terms of purpose, it is an applied research. Consequently, in addition to individual factors, demographic differences such as age, gender, experience and mental capabilities of individuals, along with organizational factors and cultural contexts, affect acceptance or rejection and use of new information and communication technologies. Bringing is of great importance. Computer anxiety, subjective perception of increased financial costs, security risk and lack of necessary technical support are also preventive factors in the use of new information and communication technologies
